Amazing drinks. Especially for the price. If you are looking for a nice, laid-back bar with a great whiskey and cocktail selection, then this is the place. They also have an arcade attached. There is no smoking inside the arcade section.
Jakes is an awesome place for cigars and great cocktails. Nicely stacked humidor. Great array of whiskeys and they make a killer Old Fashioned. One of the best places I’ve been to for cigar and cocktail.
It was a wonderful experience. A very good team of employees. One helped me pick out cigars. Included a free cigar cutter. Since I spent a great deal,my soda was on the house. Great experience and I wasn't urged to drink.

Jake’s One of the last vestiges of the freedom I grew up with. A surprising oasis tucked away down town amidst the modern tyranny we now know as the public square. I prefer it before 7pm because it gets pretty crowded. Dog and people friendly. Great selection of beverages and cigars. It’s a happy place

Jake's is my favorite bar in Lincoln. It's a great place to go if you want to have a drink or a cigar with friends. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. They're also expanding to add more seating but currently I usually find there's enough when I go. Definitely a place to check out in addition to some of the other bars in the area.
As a Panda I'ved learned Being Content and Patient is Priceless. Jakes Bar is run by human beings. That said, the Golden Rule is pretty much..., Par for the course. Just be a guest not a pest, if you find an half eaten sandwich on somebody's else's couch Don't hide it! Let the house owner know about it.
